Heather Carmody uses her intricate knowledge of the buying and selling process and her organizational skills as the Carmody Group transaction coordinator. Her job is to assist the team by closely monitoring each stage of the deal, from the signed contract to the closing table. Dedicating someone solely to the transaction process releases Mike and Nancy of administrative responsibilities, allowing them to do what they do best, create relationships and drive new business. This division of labor allows for greater productivity by all parties concerned. The synergy created by focusing on our core competencies enables increased efficiencies.
